I received a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and did postdoctoral work at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where I am now a Technical Staff Member. I am also a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at the University of New Mexico. I have worked on modeling bacterial gene regulation, metabolic networks, multivalent ligand-receptor binding, HIV dynamics, and eukaryotic signal transduction.
