Current Projects

  1. I am involved in developing a Hidden Markov Model to aid the multiple sequence alignment of HIV-2 and SIV sequence and writing codes that will implement the new model in a new web interface to allow users to align HIV-1, HIV-2, and SIV sequences.
  2. Seqence analysis for HIV drug resistant.
